Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
Online Trading Platform:
If your trading volume is below CHF 50'000.- per trade you can buy BTC, ETH or BCH through our Online Trading Platform. Afterwards you can send, for example, BTC from your own wallet to an exchange and convert it for other cryptocurrencies.
If your trading volume is above CHF 50'000.- per trade you can apply for our brokerage service. You can buy and sell most available cryptocurrencies over the counter (OTC) through our trading desk by phone and email. If you are interested, please contact our trade
Bank transfer (wire transfer)
Buy: We charge a service fee of 3% per trade (incl. miner fees).
Sell: We charge a service fee of 3% per trade (includes service fee & bank fee).
There is a maximum limit of CHF 50’000.- per individual per day on the Online Trading Platform.
If you are fully compliant (KYC, Origin of Funds) it is possible to trade with higher limits. Please contact our support if you wish to have your limits raised.
We lock the exchange rate and execute the trade once the money has arrived on our bank account and as soon as we enter it manually in our trading system. This will usually be the day after you initiated the bank transfer. Some banks offer express payments which may arrive the same day. Please keep in mind that processing the payment can take some time. We process payments between 9am and 6pm.
The exchange rate will be locked once the cryptocurrency is on our address and as soon as the first confirmation is recorded on the blockchain.
The following number of confirmations are required on the blockchain before we lock the price:
1 confirmation for Bitcoin (BTC)
1 confirmation for Ethereum (ETH)
1 confirmation for Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
The following number of confirmations are required on the blockchain before we proceed the payout:
3 confirmations for Bitcoin (BTC)
12 confirmations for Ethereum (ETH)
3 confirmations for Bitcoin Cash (BCH)

It is not possible to change the cryptocurrency address that is connected to your account. However, you can simply create additional account codes for each cryptocurrency address you intend to use. The additional accounts are connected to your email address and your bank account.
You will be provided with a new account code for each cryptocurrency address you connect to the platform.
Additional cryptocurrency addresses can be connected to the platform by clicking on the menu button additional account code.
In order to change your email address you will need to create a new account. It is possible to use the same bank account if your old account is deleted before.
For each connected cryptocurreny address (f.e. Bitcoin address, Ethereum address or Bitcoin Cash address) you will receive a so called ‘account code’ by email. This 8-digit code (f.e. ZBXX1F5A) is than connected to your specific cryptocurrency address and to your bank account.
This 8-digit code is needed if you transfer money to our bank account. Please copy your 'account code' in the 'comment' (sometimes called 'label' or 'reference') field of the bank transaction. We will then be able to execute the trade and send it to your connected cryptocurrency address.
If you go through the sell process you will first enter your ‘account code’. Afterwards our cryptocurrency address connected to your account will be displayed. Send your crypto from your wallet to that address. Afterwards we will wire you the money to your connected bank account.
No, it is not possible to store cryptocurrencies on the Online Trading Platform.

Wallets can be generated at no cost. There are many providers or solutions out there. Due to technical reasons not every cryptocurrency can be sent to every wallet. A Bitcoin address is an identifier of 26-35 alphanumeric characters, beginning with the number 1 or 3.
